HOD Technologies is the trading name of Head of Days Limited, a registered Nigerian company delivering bespoke software since 2015. We exist to help African organisations build with the same quality of technology as anywhere in the world, and to keep it running.
Our story
Started with bespoke software. Grew with our clients' ambitions.
Head of Days began by building custom web, mobile and desktop software for businesses that couldn't find what they needed off the shelf. As those clients grew, so did the questions they brought us. Where should our data live? How do we move to the cloud safely? Can AI help? How do we protect ourselves?
Today, HOD brings together senior specialists in software engineering, data and AI, cloud and network security, product design and technology leadership. Our people have built fintech platforms in Lagos, governed cloud estates in Canada, led technology departments in Germany and designed for global technology companies. We bring that experience home to organisations across Nigeria.

Oyin Oyegoke
CEO & Senior Engineer
Oyin sets HOD's technical direction and leads delivery. A software engineer and Google Certified Data Engineer, Oyin designs fault-tolerant, highly scalable systems: payments software at Leadway, Java/Spring Boot fintech platforms at SystemSpecs, and a monolith-to-microservices migration at MAX. Oyin currently delivers AI and RLHF solutions for Turing's global clients.
Emmanuel has built bespoke web, mobile and desktop software with Head of Days since 2015. A full-stack engineer, Emmanuel spent seven years as Team Lead Frontend Engineer on an insurance and financial-services platform at Abba & King Systems, and now leads development of secure, scalable asset-management systems at Leadway Asset Management. Emmanuel is an ADPList Top 100 Mentor.
Omoloro is Vice President of Technology at adjoe in Hamburg, having led its 50+ person Rewarded Solutions department across four product teams. Earlier: senior developer at InnoGames, a leading German game studio with millions of daily players, and in Lagos, fintech team lead at NQLB and software architect of One Credit's loan-management and banking integrations.
Seun is an Azure Infrastructure Specialist at Stantec, providing enterprise-scale cloud governance and security guardrails across multiple business units. Before that, Seun engineered Azure infrastructure with Terraform and supported networks, firewalls and VPNs at ISM, and supported IT infrastructure for the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Canada.
Kingsley is a senior UX/UI designer with six years of research-driven product design across InsurTech, FinTech, AI, SaaS and e-commerce. Recent work includes senior UX design for Okta and for Canadian edtech firm Mopheth Systems. Kingsley's redesign of Firacard's card-creation flow lifted completed designs by 25%. University of Ibadan alumnus.
